Those boxes look great. They should give them out for all watches from Longines with a retro style or Heritage. The one for the Longines Ultra Chron for example comes of so wannabe amd cheap. Like from a furniter store where they sell faux wooden bathroom accessory
Tried this ( in 35mm) and the flagship yesterday. Torn between the two.. and the two dial colours. I like the dial of the Conquest, but didn't feel that comfortable on the wrist. The flagship is very nice and feels more premium somehow ( perhaps the alligator strap? ) but also the dial is more classy and cleaner. Also prefer the sapphire for daily use. Still not sure how easy is to undress these watches considering they are designed for a formal look
I find the flagship slightly more elegant, I do prefer the slender lugs of the flagship, the dial I find that of the conquest more lively and interesting, sapphire is a plus if available on 35mm, strap of flagship is much better👍
I went with the conquest. Love it. Its one of my favourite dress watches alongside my Cartier tank. Those two get used the most out of my dress watches.
Do all longines watches come with the same box as the one shown here, or do they have the smaller packaging that we’ve seen for other longines watches?
@@watchthereviewofficial Ah, understood. So you have a choice between having the bigger or smaller box when buying the watch in the shop? And do they charge extra if you choose the bigger box?
That's alright. Had mine for 3 and half years and still immaculate. The speedmaster is about four and half grand and uses the same crystal. Its for the styling.

Nice review . Thanks.
Just got this watch today. Does the movement inside really make a weird noise when you shake it?
